Activities based on Action Guidelines and Health Issues
- Achieving 100% of attendance rate of regular health checkup, increasing attendance rate of employees receiving specific health guidance and decreasing the rate of employees with abnormal findings, smoking rate decline, addressing health-related issues specific to women, maintaining and improving women's health
- Implementing self-care and line care, encouraging health consultation by industrial physicians, recommendation of interview guidance to those judged to be highly stressed based on stress check results, utilization of stress check group analysis results, support for returning to work after leave of absence, support for balancing employment and treatment
- Providing opportunities for exercise and raising awareness of disease prevention
- Promoting work-life balance, improving the paid leave utilization rate, reducing the turnover rate, eliminating occupational accidents, and optimization of working hours
Company Declaration of Health Management
The Healthy Company Declaration is a declaration that ``employee health is the pride of the company,'' and also means that the company actively engages in health management and health promotion initiatives in cooperation with the health insurance association. Our company declared its efforts under the "Healthy Company Declaration Step 1" in June 2022, and received "Silver Certification" in May 2023. Now that we have established the foundation for workplace health promotion, we will take the challenge a step further and aim for ``Healthy Company.
