When you hear the word “adhesive tape,” you probably imagine cloth and craft tapes for cardboard packaging, cellophane tapes and double-sided tapes used for crafts. However, approximately 50% of our sales come from adhesive tapes used for fixing parts of information devices such as smartphones, PCs, and portable game consoles, as well as in the manufacturing process of advanced home appliances. They are also used in automobiles, housing, and other applications. In recent years, we have been challenging to develop value-added products other than adhesive tapes by utilizing the technology we have cultivated over the years.
