7096 Double-coated thermal conductive adhesive tape
Film double-side tape that is thinner than thermal conductive sheets and has excellent thermal conductivity and insulation properties.
Reduced VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds).
With high peel adhesion, it exhibits stable adhesion even under high temperature and humidity.
Suitable for applications that are sensitive to siloxane as no silicone adhesive is intentionally used.
