Thick (backing and adhesive)
Measured by dial gauge
The force required to remove adhesive tape from test palen.
The bigger value means stronger adhesive strength.
Stick a test specimen on the SUS board. After application, allow it to stand for the speficif time, and then peel it off from SUS board in 180°or 90° directions. In this web site, we show the test result in 180°.
The force required to tear the tape by pulling. The bigger value means stronger base material strength.
Measure the load when the tape is torn by pulling
Elongation of the tape when the tape is torn by pulling. The smaller value means more difficult to be elongated.
Measure the elongation when the tape is torn by pulling. And then, measure the maximum load when the tape is broken.
The force required to peel off the tape by pulling in parallel direction. The bigger value means stronger fixation power.
Stick a test specimen on the 2 SUS boards and pull it in parallel directions. And then, measure the maximun load when tape is broken.
Electrical resistance of the tape in vertical direction. The smaller value means smaller electrical resistance.
Put the tape between electrodes with loads of 3.43N/㎠.
Then measure the electrical resistance at 0.1A current.
