Environmental Philosophy

“To hand over the precious environment and resources of the Earth to future generations in a healthy condition.”
We at Teraoka Seisakosho consider efforts in environment preservation to be one of our highest priority corporate management tasks. In all our business activities, we strive for harmony between people, nature and technology, and we work to protect the global environment.

Environmental Policies

1. Continual improvement of our environmental management system

We strive to continually improve our environmental management system as well as our performance in environmental activities.

2. Establishment of environmental objectives

We establish environmental preservation objectives and systematically work to achieve these objectives.
In addition, through these initiatives, we aim to create economic value and improve our corporate value.

3. Compliance with laws, regulations and treaties

We establish independent control criteria and ensure an appropriately functioning system, while maintaining full compliance with environment-related laws, regulations and treaties.

4. Consideration for environmental protection

We take the natural ecosystem, biological diversity, and preservation of the regional and global environment into account in the promotion of all business activities, and we endeavor to prevent environmental pollution.

5. Education, training and awareness enhancement

We inform all employees of our environmental policy and endeavor to raise awareness of environmental activities by conducting environmental training, advertising and awareness programs.

6. Public announcements

Our “Environmental Policy” shall be published both internally and externally.
